DIY Crafts For Kids With Elmer’s

Crafts have always been a huge part of our Holiday traditions. It's fun, memorable and it gives your children the chance to use their imagination and creativity. 

I have teamed with with Mode to share a few interesting ways to use Elmer's painters markers this holiday season. With these awesome paint markers your kids are able to personalize their beds, clothes, backpacks, etc. You can use them on fabrics, woods, ceramic, plastic, glass, paper, metal, terra cotta and much more! The creative possibilities are endless. On this post I'll share with you a few ways of using these markers for the holiday season. 

One of my favorite project was painting metal cans. For this use any open metal cans and move any paper thats on the cans. Wash to remove any leftover glue or paper. Give the cans to your kids to decorate. Kids are able to use the decorated cans as pencil holders, candy dispenser or flower base. I added Elmer's glue and sprinkled glitter to the can to make it more festive. Zareena and Leanne decided to make a few Christmas cards for their classmates. The paint markers worked perfectly for each project due to the vibrancy of each color.
