For those who have never heard of Lassi; it is a yogurt-based drink that originated from India. The most popular and my favorite kind of Lassi is mango flavored. Today I'm going to show you how easy it is to make this delicious thick and very rich in flavor drink. I like to make this as dessert after a traditional Indian/Bengali dinner. This drink is refreshing and helps you cool down after any spicy meal. It's like adding a cherry on top of a chocolate fudge cake.
Things you will need
Ice
2 ripe mangos (cut into small pieces, discard the seed)
2 cups of whole milk yogurt
1/2 cup of whole milk
2 tablespoons of brown sugar or honey to taste
There is one simple step to this delicious recipe. Blend all the ingredients in a blender till very smooth (about 2 minutes) and enjoy.
Para aquellos que nunca han oído hablar de Lassi, es una bebida a base de yogur que se originó en la India. El tipo más popular y mi favorito es con sabor a mango. Hoy les voy a mostrar lo fácil que es hacer esta deliciosa bebida. Esta bebida es refrescante después de cualquier comida picante.
Lo que necesita
hielo
2 mangos maduros (cortado en trozos pequeños, deseche la semilla)
2 tazas de yogur de leche entera
1/2 taza de leche
2 cucharadas de azúcar o miel al gusto
Hay un paso simple a esta deliciosa receta. Mezcle todos los ingredientes en una licuadora hasta muy suave (unos 2 minutos) y disfrute.
